Another day in the life

It was nice to wake up this morning and be able to feel my toes and even take a hot shower. I started my day off my passing my drivers test to be able to drive the state trucks. I then helped out with loading trucks with log rounds and brush, sealing tent seams and cleaning out the cook shack at the compound. It was a variety filled 10hr work day!
After work I made my way back down to Nancy Lake because I have the weekend off and didn't want to spend it alone! It was a nice peaceful ride; cranked the country tunes and enjoyed the scenery. We cooked up some fiddle heads and enjoyed the subset around 11:00pm.
